This Co-ed Volleyball Tournament hosted by EastRidge is put on to raise funds for a missions trip to Bolivia, helping an organization called  El Jordan with the maintenance and upkeep of their facilities, which ministers to those in the community who live on the streets, deal with addictions, and need a place to belong.

Location // EastRidge Church (12485 Tenth Line, Stouffville)

Format // Co-ed 6’s (4 guys, 2 girls; max 8 people per team)

The tournament is capped at 10 teams. Any extra teams will be wait listed.

Registration 

To register a team, click here. Once your payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration. Only teams that have paid in FULL will be registered for the tournament. We will NOT be accepting payment or any forms on the day of the tournament.

  2. Set the password as: volleyball
  3. **Team Fee MUST be paid in ONE FULL PAYMENT to guarantee spot – deadline is January 3, 2018

Roster / Waiver Form

All players must be 18 years of age and up.

Each player MUST submit a Roster Registration / Waiver Form (Here)

All roster registration / waiver forms need to be submitted by Wednesday January 3, 2018.

Schedule

Once registration is closed, a schedule and format will be emailed to Team Captains.

Tournament Day

There will be a brief captains’ meeting at 8:30 AM. The first match will be scheduled for 9:00 AM.

Each team will be guaranteed 4 round robin games. Round robin games are 2 sets to 25, starting at 4 points or 20 minutes.

Top 4 teams of each pool of 5 will advance to playoffs and be divided into Gold & Silver flights based on round robin results. Playoffs will be single elimination, best of 3. Finals will be best of 3.

Standings will be determined by sets won and ties will be settled by point differentials.

All players must play all round robin games in order to play in the playoffs.

Standard FIVB indoor rules apply. Any contact with the net during play is a fault.

Chilis & Soup will be served, along with drinks and snacks!
